課程概述

課程內容包含營建公司的策略規劃、組織結構、市場分析、營建成本會計、資產預算、公司財務、風險及收益分析、品質管理、公共安全、以及國際營造。本課程亦包括演講、家庭作業、個案研究、學習報告。
工業界的專家將參與講授,並分享實務經驗,以加強學生基本原理的瞭解。
The course provides insight into the basic construction business operations including strategic planning, organization structure, marketing, construction accounting, financing, risk analysis, quality, safety and security, and International construction. This course involves lectures, case studies, homework and a semester team project with an oral presentation and a written report, and a final examination. Industry experts will be invited to give lectures for reinforcing the theories through real world practices.  

課程目標
本課程旨在培育學生在營建公司事業管理基本原理的基礎、瞭解各種經營方法、以及給予學生在未來實務上的應用。基本原理包含營建公司的策略規劃、組織結構、市場分析、營建成本會計、資產預算、公司財務、風險及收益分析、品質管理、公共安全、以及國際營造。
This course will develop students’ understanding of fundamental management theories and applied methods of construction companies, and to expose students to the spectrum of the present and future practice of business management on the construction company level. The course provides insight into the basic construction business operations including strategic planning, organization structure, marketing, construction accounting, financing, risk analysis, quality, safety and security, and International construction.
